Only registered owners of Gorilla are entitled to customer service and technical support. If you decide to sell or give away a Gorilla license that is registered to you, please complete and return a Transfer of Ownership form. Until this form is completed and received by Jungle Software, the license will be considered property of the person or company to whom it is registered.
- Verify your registration by emailing support@junglesoftware.com or by calling Jungle Software at 818-508-7090.
- As the currently registered owner, you must DEAUTHORIZE your copy of Gorilla from all computers before transferring ownership. You can find instructions on how to do this in the Gorilla Online Knowledgebase or in the Gorilla Guide (PDF manual).

Download and print the Transfer of Ownership form using the link above and complete both the seller and the buyer sections.- Have the seller and the buyer each sign the Transfer of Ownership form.

Transfer of ownership applies to the version of the product you currently own a license for, as well as all previous versions of that license. For example, if you first bought Gorilla version 3, and subsequently upgraded to version 4, and then decided to transfer ownership of version 4, you transfer ownership rights to all of your versions of Gorilla, up to and including the current version.
PLEASE NOTE:
Not for Resale (NFR) copies of Gorilla software are not transferable.
StoryO licenses are not transferable.
